Boxing Day

Boxing Day takes place on December 26th, and is traditionally celebrated in countries historically connected to the UK.  It was started about 800 years ago, during the Middle Ages. It was the day when the alms box, collection boxes for the poor often kept in churches, were traditionally opened so that the contents could be distributed to poor people. Some churches still open these boxes on Boxing Day.

To honor this holiday we'll be offering drink specials and a selection of holiday meat pies including Turkey Pot Pie, Shepherd's Pie & Tourtiere, and donating 100% of the proceeds of those items to City Harvest

New Year's Eve

The Lobby Bar of The Ace Hotel is always a hot spot to ring in the new year!  Check back in December for more information on our New Year's Eve celebrations.
