Description

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, blend sour cream, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, Limoncello, and lemon zest using either a stand mixer or hand mixer until fully combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda; then incorporate these dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently without over-mixing.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared bundt pan and smooth out the surface with a spatula before placing it in the oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow the cake to cool in its pan for around 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
  6. While waiting for full cooling of the cake mix powdered sugar with Limoncello until achieving a smooth glaze consistency.
  7. Once cooled completely drizzle this luscious glaze over your cake; finish by sprinkling some fresh lemon zest on top before slicing up for enjoyment!
