Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups sweetened, flaked coconut
- 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves (or your favorite flavor)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup butter (1 stick), melted
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup white baking chips
- 1 tsp shortening
For the crust:
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press mixture into a pan.
Instructions
