- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix (or homemade taco seasoning)
- 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain the fat and add taco seasoning (without water).
- Roll out the pizza dough, cut it lengthwise, and then into 10 small rectangles.
- Place a tablespoon of taco meat and a halved cheese stick in each rectangle, then roll up and pinch seams closed.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and dried parsley.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings for dipping.
